SRU Steels Limited's Board approved conducting a postal ballot for member approval of M/S BMGS & Associates as Statutory Auditor.
Mrs. Vishakha Agrawal was appointed as Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process for the auditor appointment.
The cut-off date for determining member voting eligibility was fixed as 24th April 2026.
