Standard Capital Markets cancels 13th May board meeting due to senior management's extensive engagement in ongoing statutory audit activities.
Cancelled meeting agenda will be consolidated and presented at a forthcoming board meeting to be convened later.
New meeting date will be intimated separately in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
