Standard Capital Markets Partially Redeems ₹150 Cr NCDs

The board of Standard Capital Markets approved partial redemption of ₹150 crore worth of 10% secured NCDs (Series I) on April 6, 2026.
The redemption covers 15,000 NCDs with face value ₹1 lakh each, partially redeeming the ₹250 crore NCD series.
After this redemption, the entire NCD series is fully redeemed, with outstanding interest to be paid as per terms.
