Standard Industries Ltd has intimated the stock exchanges about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday, 10th August, 2026. The primary agenda of this meeting is to consider and approve the company's Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The financial results will be accompanied by a 'Limited Review Report' from the company's auditor.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company also confirms that the Trading Window for trading in the company's shares has been closed since 1st July, 2026, as previously communicated to the exchanges via letter No.TBP:SH-7:33:57 dated 24th June, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
