Stanpacks (India) Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited about its upcoming 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and related corporate actions.
The 35th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 13th August 2026 at 10:30 A.M through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, along with the Notice of the AGM, will be sent in electronic mode to all members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/RTA/Depository Participant(s). For shareholders who have not registered their email addresses, a letter providing the web-link to access the complete Annual Report will be sent. The Notice of the AGM and Annual Report will also be available on the company's website at www.stanpacks.in and submitted to the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited at www.bseindia.com.
