Board Meeting Details
The next Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The agenda includes consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Second Quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
Trading Window Closure
As previously informed, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company is closed for all Designated Persons. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 6 of 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders'.
The closure period is from October 1, 2026 to November 5, 2026 (both days inclusive).
