Star Delta Transformers Limited has issued an intimation regarding its 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and related procedures.
The 50th AGM for the Financial Year ended March 31st, 2026 will be held on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 at 12:30 P.M. The meeting will take place at the company's Registered Office located at 92-A, Industrial Area, Govindpura, Bhopal (M.P.)-462023.
For the purpose of the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026 to Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 (both days inclusive).
In accordance with Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 as amended, and Regulation 44 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the cut-off date for determining member eligibility to vote at the AGM is fixed as Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026.
The remote e-voting period will commence on Saturday, September 26th, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. and conclude on Monday, September 28th, 2026 at 5:00 P.M.
The notice of AGM and annual report will be sent to shareholders in due course.
