The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30th, 2026. The Board will also review the Limited Review Report to be submitted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is already closed.
