Partnership Overview
STARCARES, the community impact initiative of STARTRADER (formerly STAR Foundation), announced a partnership with B-LEAD 2026, Vietnam’s leading Management Trainee simulation competition, on 8 July 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Scope and Reach
The collaboration targets more than 1,500 students drawn from over 50 Vietnamese universities, offering them hands‑on business challenges, leadership and teamwork training, and the chance to apply classroom knowledge in real‑world scenarios.
B‑LEAD 2026 engages a community of over 3,000 participants across four competition stages, culminating in a Grand Finale that will feature nearly 300 contestants.
Strategic Intent
STARCARES describes the initiative as an investment in future careers and a generation capable of creating lasting impact within their communities, aligning with its vision “Bringing STAR, Delivering Care” to expand education, youth development, and sustainable community impact in Vietnam.
