Process and Compliance:

The company appointed National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as the service provider for the remote e-voting facility. The scrutiny was conducted in accordance with Sections 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, applicable MCA and SEBI circulars, and SEBI LODR Regulations.

The company maintains that there are no shares with differential voting rights, and therefore no separate list for such shares was required.
