StarlinePS Enterprises Limited has completed the acquisition of 12,500 equity shares in Celloraa Energy Private Limited, representing 33.33% of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Target Entity. The total consideration for this acquisition is ₹80 crore (Rupees Eighty Crore).

Context and Background

This transaction is part of a larger investment plan previously disclosed to the exchange through intimations dated 29th June, 2026 and 31st August, 2026. The overall plan involves investment for 50% stake in the aggregate post-money paid-up equity share capital of Celloraa Energy Private Limited for a total value of ₹160 crore (Rupees One Hundred Sixty Crore) through subscription of new equity shares.
