Current Auditor Status
M/s. Kansariwala & Chevli, Chartered Accountants, Surat (Firm Registration Number: 123689W), the existing Statutory Auditors, will complete their two consecutive terms as Statutory Auditors of the Company at the conclusion of the ensuing 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
New Auditor Appointment
Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing 15th AGM, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 02nd September, 2026, considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Shah & Shah, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 131527W) as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
Term of Appointment
The appointed term is for five (5) consecutive years, to hold office from the conclusion of the 15th AGM until the conclusion of the 20th AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2031.
