StarlinePS Enterprises Limited has made a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding the appointment of a new director.
The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 29th June, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of the shareholders, has appointed Mr. Shreyansh Baid (DIN: 03269224) as an Additional Director of the Company.
Mr. Baid will serve in a Non-Executive & Independent capacity for a first term of five consecutive years, effective from 1st July, 2026. His appointment shall not be liable to retire by rotation. The approval of shareholders will be obtained within the period prescribed under the SEBI Listing Regulations through a Postal Ballot process, with requisite details to be communicated in due course.
Mr. Shreyansh Baid is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Chartered Accountant, and a Registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets) registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). He has nearly 20 years of professional experience in corporate laws, corporate governance, restructuring, valuation, and regulatory advisory.
The company has received confirmation from Mr. Baid that he satisfies the criteria of Independence prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other authority, as required by BSE Circular Reference No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
