- Date and time of commencement of remote e-voting: Friday, 03rd July, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (IST)
- Date and time of conclusion of remote e-voting: Saturday, 01st August, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (IST)
- Remote e-voting shall not be allowed beyond 01st August, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (IST)
- Cut-off date for e-voting: Friday, 26th June, 2026
- Only persons whose name is recorded in the register of members or depositories as on the cut-off date are entitled to avail the facility
- Resolution deemed passed on the last date for remote e-voting (August 1, 2026) if approved with requisite majority
