StarlinePS Enterprises entered into an MoU to provide an unsecured loan of up to ₹20 crore to Celloraa Energy Private Limited.
The loan carries an interest rate of 9% per annum and is intended for the borrower's business purposes.
The transaction is not a related party transaction and does not grant any special rights like board representation to the lender.
