Starlit Power Systems Board Meeting Postponed to Oct 29

Starlit Power Systems Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) about the further postponement of its Board of Directors meeting.

The meeting was originally convened on 23rd October 2026 and was subsequently continued to 26th October 2026 at 04:00 P.M. This meeting was scheduled to be reconvened on 26th October 2026 but has now been further postponed to 29th October 2026.

The reason for this postponement is the unavailability of the Auditor to provide the Limited Review Report.

The Board Meeting shall be deemed to have commenced on 29th October 2026 and will conclude upon completion of the business items on the reconvened date.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results, as previously communicated.
