Starlog Enterprises Limited has issued a notice for its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 04:30 PM IST through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means without physical presence of members.
The AGM notice has been dispatched through electronic mode to all eligible shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agents or with their Depository Participants. For shareholders without registered email addresses, a letter including web links to the Annual Report has been sent by the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.

The company is providing e-voting facilities to members through NSDL's electronic voting system. Members can vote either by remote e-voting prior to the AGM or during the AGM through remote e-voting.
The company has fixed Thursday, August 06, 2026 as the cut-off date to determine voting eligibility. Voting rights will be proportionate to members' shareholding in the paid-up equity share capital as on this cut-off date.
The remote e-voting period commences on Sunday, August 09, 2026 at 9:00 AM IST and ends on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM IST. After this period, the e-voting module will be disabled by NSDL. Votes cast cannot be changed subsequently.
New members who acquire shares after dispatch of the AGM notice but hold shares as of the record date (Thursday, July 10, 2026) can view the notice on the company's website or NSDL's website and obtain login credentials by emailing evoting@nsdl.com.
