Starteck Finance Limited has intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, 11th August, 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.
Additionally, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
