This is a regulatory disclosure made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company intimates a change in its board of directors.

The Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce, conveyed the appointment of Ms. Nigar Fatima Husain, (IDES:96), Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, as a Government Nominee Director on the board of STC. This appointment was made via Government Order No. 11/36/2001-FT(M&O)-Vol-l(i) dated April 28, 2026, and is effective immediately, vice Shri Asit Gopal.

The present directors on the board of STC approved the appointment of Ms. Nigar Fatima Husain as an Additional Director (Government Nominee Director) through a circulation process on May 27, 2026, with an effective date of May 7, 2026.

Zoology from Kolkata University, an LLB from Delhi University, and a Post-Graduation in Sociology from Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar (M.P.). Her previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of several Cantonments (Roorkee, Jhansi, Deolali, Mhow), Deputy Director General (Vigilance) and Additional Director General (Land matters) in the Defense Estates department, Director in the Department of School Education and Literacy, and Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Minority Affairs.
