STC India CMD Nitin Kumar Yadav Tenure Completion

STC India intimates stock exchanges of CMD Shri Nitin Kumar Yadav's tenure completion per SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
Yadav was appointed as Chairman & Managing Director on additional charge from April 28, 2025, for a one-year term.
His tenure ended on April 27, 2026, and he ceases to be a director of the company from that date.
The appointment was made by the Department of Commerce and subsequently approved by STC's Board of Directors.
