Leadership Changes at Stellantis
Stellantis announced a reshuffle within its Enlarged Europe Organization effective 1 July 2026. Santo Ficili has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Maserati brand while continuing as CEO of Alfa Romeo, ensuring continuity across both premium marques. Luca Napolitano will assume the role of Head of Stellantis &You Sales and Services. Both Ficili and Napolitano will report directly to Emanuele Cappellano, who serves as Chief Operating Officer for Enlarged Europe & European Brands and heads Stellantis Pro One. The changes follow the departure of Jean‑Philippe Imparato, who is leaving Stellantis after a 36‑year tenure with the company. Cappellano thanked Imparato for his contributions and expressed confidence that the newly appointed executives will drive the next stage of growth.
