Stellantis will exit the hydrogen fuel cell JV Symbio, incurring a €235 million cost (~$276 million).
The exit, slated for completion by May 2026, follows Stellantis ending its hydrogen program in July 2025.
Stellantis will compensate partners €145 million as write‑off and €90 million cash, leaving Michelin and Forvia each with 50% of Symbio.
Stellantis previously held 80% of Symbio’s business volume, making the divestment a major restructuring move.
