Sterling and Wilson appointed Mr. Ajit D Nair as Internal Auditor effective April 23, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on the Audit Committee's recommendation.
Mr. Nair brings 33 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, and compliance.
The Internal Auditor is not related to any Director of the company.
