AGM Details
The 47th Annual General Meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 4th September 2026 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Book Closure Period
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 29th August 2026 to Friday, 4th September 2026 (both days inclusive).
Record Date and Dividend Entitlement
The record date/cut-off date for determining entitlement to the final dividend and for the AGM is Friday, 28th August 2026.
The final dividend as recommended by the Board, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration to:
- Members whose names appear in the register of members of the Company as on Friday, 28th August 2026
- Beneficial owners whose names appear in the list furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as on Friday, 28th August 2026
