Sterling Tools Signs ARAS Tech Pact with Nanjing Haohang

Sterling Tools signed a Technical Collaboration and Supply Agreement with China's Nanjing Haohang Technology on April 27, 2026.
The agreement aims to localize engineering, manufacturing, and sales of advanced rider assistance systems (ARAS) for the Indian two-wheeler market.
Nanjing Haohang Technology has an annual turnover of approximately USD 40 million, and no financial consideration was disclosed for the agreement.
