Sterlite Technologies Allots 35,097 ESOP Shares

Sterlite Technologies' committee allotted 35,097 equity shares under its ESOP 2010 and 2016 schemes on May 15, 2026.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with the company's existing ordinary shares.
The company's total paid-up share capital increased to 488,167,635 shares post this allotment.
