STL Allots 4.53 Cr Warrants to Promoter Twin Star

Sterlite Technologies allotted 4,53,00,000 warrants to promoter Twin Star Overseas Limited at ₹110 per warrant on March 30, 2026.
Consideration of ₹124.575 crore received upfront (25%); balance ₹82.5 per warrant payable at exercise within 18 months.
Upon full conversion, Twin Star Overseas Limited will hold 47.75% equity stake in STL on a fully diluted basis.
