Sterlite Technologies launched India's first Hollow Core Fibre (HCF) cable for Data Centre networks on March 25, 2026.
HCF technology enables signals to travel ~46% faster than traditional solid glass core fibres, reducing latency and signal loss.
STL engineered a unique Hybrid Cable combining HCF, G.654.E, and G.657.A1 NOVA fibres for next-generation network applications.
STL holds over 780 patents and is the first company to develop and manufacture HCF technology in India.
