Warrant Terms

  • Each warrant is convertible into 1 (One) equity share of face value ₹2 at a premium of ₹22 per share.
  • The warrants may be exercised in one or more tranches within 18 months from the date of allotment (June 20, 2026).
  • For each warrant exercised, an additional payment of ₹18 (75% of issue price) is required.
  • Unexercised warrants after 18 months will lapse, and the amount paid on them will be forfeited.
