Storage Technologies and Automation Limited has intimated the completion of tenure of two key management personnel. Mr. Afzal Hussain's tenure as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Mr. Nuumaan Khasim's tenure as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company has been completed with effect from 1st November 2026. Accordingly, both executives have ceased to hold their respective positions with the Company from that date.
The disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
