Stovec Industries held its 52nd Annual General Meeting virtually on May 7, 2026, chaired by Managing Director Shailesh Wani.
Members approved dividend of ₹12 per share for FY2025 and several resolutions including IPR acquisition from holding company SPGPrints.
The meeting addressed shareholder queries and covered appointment of directors, commission to independent directors, and cost auditor remuneration.
