Strategy Inc. purchased $2.54 billion of Bitcoin in the week ending April 19, 2026, its biggest buy since Nov 2024.
The acquisition was funded by selling 21,795,389 STRC shares for $2.18 billion and 2,165,000 MSTR shares for $366 million.
Strategy now holds 815,061 Bitcoin at an average cost of $75,527 per coin, after buying 34,164 at $74,395 each.
The company retains $26.73 billion issuance capacity for MSTR stock and additional capacity for STRF, STRK, STRD under its ATM program.
