Board Approval and Effective Date

Based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on September 04, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Bhatter & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 131411W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

Term of Appointment

The appointed term is for five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 47th Annual General Meeting.

Condition for Appointment

The appointment is subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting.
