The Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 31, 2026. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The board will review both standalone and consolidated financial results.
In compliance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for Designated Persons has been closed since July 1, 2026. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours following the declaration of the financial results to the public.
