This document serves as an intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations regarding the effective date of the demerger scheme between Arco Lab Private Limited and Pivot Path Private Limited.
Demerger Scheme Details
The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench (NCLT) had previously approved the Scheme of Demerger of the Identified Business of Arco Lab to Pivot Path, as intimated in the company's earlier communication dated May 20, 2026.
The certified copy of the NCLT Order approving the Scheme of Demerger was received on May 25, 2026.
After filing the certified true copy of the Order with the Registrar of Companies by both participating entities (Arco Lab and Pivot Path), the Scheme of Demerger has become effective from June 1, 2026.
