String Metaverse Limited Proposes 2:9 Bonus Issue

String Metaverse Limited seeks shareholder approval via postal ballot for a 2:9 bonus issue exclusively for public shareholders to achieve Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) compliance.
The company will capitalize up to ₹5.56 crore from free reserves and securities premium to issue up to 5.56 crore new equity shares of Re. 1 each.
Promoter and promoter group shareholders will waive their entitlement to this bonus issue, which aims to increase public shareholding from 21.48% to above 25%.
Remote e-voting through CDSL will be open from May 6, 2026, at 09:00 AM IST to June 4, 2026, at 05:00 PM IST, with a cut-off date of May 1, 2026.
