STTGDC announced that Neysa, an India‑based AI cloud company, has selected the STT Noida 2 data centre to host a new GPU‑based AI compute deployment. The first phase of the multi‑year partnership will support up to 9,000 GPUs and is designed for high‑density AI training and inference workloads. The infrastructure is expected to become operational in the first quarter of calendar year 2027, providing Indian enterprises and startups with production‑grade AI capacity that offers predictable latency and data‑residency compliance.

The collaboration was described by Bimal Khandelwal, Chief Executive Officer – India of STTGDC, as a critical step toward accelerating AI adoption in India and strengthening the country’s role in the global digital economy. Sharad Sanghi, co‑founder and CEO of Neysa, emphasized the need for integrated compute, platform, and data‑centre resources to give customers reliable, scalable AI capacity.

STTGDC, headquartered in Singapore, operates across Asia and Europe and serves major hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and enterprises. In India, the company has been designing, building, and operating data centres for more than two decades and now manages over 613 MW of critical IT load across 34 facilities (including those under development) in ten cities. STTGDC has committed to achieving carbon‑neutral data‑centre operations by 2030.

Neysa, founded in 2023 and backed by Blackstone, provides AI acceleration services through its Velocis AI cloud platform—offering GPU compute, orchestration, inference, observability, and cost management—and its Tytan offering of dedicated bare‑metal AI infrastructure for customers requiring committed capacity and greater architectural control.

The deployment reflects growing demand for AI‑ready digital infrastructure in India and underscores STTGDC’s Built Ready growth journey, positioning the firm as a trusted partner for organisations deploying AI at scale.
