On 9 June 2026, Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd (BSE: 506655 | NSE: SUDARSCHEM) inaugurated its second global head office at the Hillsite Office Building in Schwalbach am Taunus, approximately 11 km from its production facility in the Industriepark Höchst, Germany. The open‑plan premises cover nearly 21,000 sq ft and are leased through the company’s German operating entity, Sudarshan Germany Horizons GmbH.
The new office complements Sudarshan’s existing global head office in Pune, India, and is intended to foster collaboration and integration across the unified global operations following the March 2025 acquisition of the Heubach Group.
