Sudarshan Colorants Appoints Sudha Navandar Independent Director

Sudarshan Colorants India Limited announced voting results for a postal ballot conducted under SEBI Listing Regulations.
Shareholders approved the appointment of Mrs. Sudha Navandar as Non-Executive Independent Director for five years via special resolution.
The resolution passed with 99.84% approval from 16.29 million votes cast, representing 70.59% of total outstanding shares.
The postal ballot process was managed by scrutinizer Mr. Rajesh Karunakaran with e-voting conducted through NSDL from March 11 to April 9, 2026.
