The company will intimate the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as approved by the Board, to the Stock Exchanges as per the provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed. The trading window shall remain closed until forty-eight hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 (both days inclusive) for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This trading window closure was previously intimated to stock exchanges via letter dated September 28, 2026.
