Sudarshan Pharma Industries Limited has terminated its proposal to acquire 9.50% equity shares of common stock of Med Therapy Biotechnology Inc., USA ("Med Therapy").

Additional Termination

Separate proposals by Mr. Hemal Mehta (Chairman & Managing Director) and Mr. Sachin Mehta (Joint Managing Director), Promoters of the Company, to acquire 1.50% each of the equity shares of common stock of Med Therapy also stand terminated.
