Sueryaa Knitwear Appoints Additional Executive Director

Sueryaa Knitwear Limited appointed Mr. Shailesh Miyanbazaz (DIN: 10805735) as Additional (Executive) Director effective March 30, 2026.
Mr. Miyanbazaz, aged 41, holds an MSc in International Business Management from Manchester Business School, UK, with 16 years of experience in Finance, Apparel, and Home Furnishing.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the General Meeting; remuneration terms are yet to be mutually decided between the Board and the Director.
Post-appointment, Mr. Miyanbazaz is added to the list of KMPs authorized to determine materiality of events for stock exchange disclosures.
