Sula Vineyards Limited provides clarification regarding its previous disclosure dated 10th June, 2026 made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 concerning the shifting of the company's registered office.
The company clarifies that its registered office has been shifted from:
- Previous address: 901, Solaris One, Prof. N. S. Phadke Marg, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400069
- New address: Unit No. 201-A, Solaris One, Prof. N. S. Phadke Marg, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400069
This new address forms part of Unit No. 201 in the same building. The shift became effective from 1st July, 2026.
The clarification states that the address referred to as Unit No. 201 in the previous disclosure relates to the same registered office premises. This clarification is being made solely to provide greater specificity to the address for alignment with the company's statutory and other records.
The company confirms there is no change in the location of the registered office or in the particulars of the premises already disclosed. All other contents of the disclosure dated 10th June, 2026 remain unchanged.
