The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Monday, 3rd August, 2026 at 2:00 PM. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company's trading window remains closed from 1st July, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results. During this closure period, all Directors, Officers, Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from any purchase, sale, or dealing in the company's shares.
