Sumitomo Chemical India Board Meeting May 26

Sumitomo Chemical India intimated a Board meeting scheduled for May 26, 2026, under SEBI LODR Reg. 29(1)(a).
The Board will consider audited financial statements (standalone and consolidated) for FY ended March 31, 2026.
The Board will also consider recommending a dividend on equity shares for FY 2025-26, if any.
