Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with the earlier communication dated June 24, 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives remains closed from Wednesday, July 01, 2026 until forty-eight hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The trading window will remain closed until Thursday, August 06, 2026, and shall re-open on Friday, August 07, 2026.
