Sun Pharma Appoints Dr. Andreas Busch as Independent Director

Sun Pharma's Board appointed Dr. Andreas Busch as an Independent Director for a five-year term effective 12 May 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Ms. Rama Bijapurkar will retire from the Board on 20 May 2026 upon completion of her term as an Independent Director.
Ms. Satyavati Berera was appointed to the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee effective 12 May 2026.
