Sun Retail Independent Director Resigns

Mrs. Nisha Sukhdevbhai Parmar resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director of Sun Retail Limited effective April 15, 2026.
The resignation was due to pre-occupation with work elsewhere with no other material reasons disclosed.
The director held no other board positions in listed entities and was not debarred by SEBI.
