Suncity Synthetics 38th AGM on September 25, 2026

The 38th Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 25th September 2026 at 03:00 P.M. (IST).
The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The cut-off date for determining members eligible to vote is Friday, 19th September 2026. Members holding shares in physical or dematerialized form as of this date are entitled to vote.

The company is offering remote e-voting facilities through Central Depository Service (India) Limited (CDSL) as mandated by Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
The remote e-voting period commences on Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and ends on Thursday, 24th September 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The e-voting module will be disabled by CDSL thereafter.
Members who cast their vote via remote e-voting may attend the AGM but cannot vote again. Members attending the AGM who did not vote remotely will be able to vote during the meeting through a remote e-voting facility provided at the AGM.

Any person who becomes a member after the dispatch of the AGM notice but holds shares as of the cut-off date (19th September 2026) may obtain their sequence number from the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
