Sundaram-Clayton Limited has convened a meeting of its Board of Directors on Tuesday, 28th July 2026. The primary agenda of this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited (limited reviewed) Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
As previously communicated via letter dated 29th June 2026, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives remains closed. The closure period is from 1st July 2026 to 30th July 2026 (both days inclusive). This is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, which is read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
The unaudited financial results will be submitted to the stock exchanges immediately following the conclusion of the Board meeting, as required by the Listing Regulations.
